The Opportunity
EA Health was founded in 1992 to address the challenges faced by hospital emergency departments in the retention and reimbursement of on-call specialty physicians. As the company looked at how best to position itself for the future—in an industry transformed by the Affordable Care Act—it realized it had two fundamental problems. First, its identity and website were considerably dated. Neither evoked the premium brand that EA Health sought to embody. Second, its complex and unique value propositions had never been clearly articulated. EA Health came to Ignyte looking to reinvigorate their identity and website, clarify their unique value propositions, and generally elevate their brand to evoke the quality of their services.
Brand Strategy
Strategy began with in-depth qualitative research into key audience segments. For EA Health’s executive team, the results were as surprising as they were enlightening. They revealed a unique opportunity for the company to leverage its unparalleled industry insights to better serve its clients moving forward. In addition to internal and external brand research, we facilitated a series of proprietary workshops to define core messaging and establish consensus around critical strategic objectives. What emerged were powerfully articulated value propositions and an inspiring reaffirmation of the company’s purpose: to expand access to quality healthcare by ensuring providers are fairly compensated for their lifesaving work.
